Dennis is also a member of the Advisory Board for M&I Bank Kenosha , and is on the Board of Directors for the American Meat Institute (AMI); currently serving on the Executive Committee of AMI.

Jerry has been with Birchwood Foods for 19 years; 15 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. He has been a member of the Kenosha Beef International Board of Directors since 1991. With ten years of experience as an Audit Manager, Jerry is an expert on providing real-time and practical information for our operations and sales disciplines.

Mike has served with Kenosha Beef International for over 23 years. He provides the day-to-day leadership associated with managing our contract motor carrier, Birchwood Transport Inc. Mike also serves on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Motor Carrier Association and the Fats and Proteins Research Foundation.

Phyllis has been with Kenosha Beef International for 12 years. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Safety Management, Phyllis is responsible for procuring and training employees; as well as managing company policies and procedures. Phyllis chairs the Human Resources Committee for the American Meat Institute.
