Production Crew Leader – 2nd shift
We are seeking a motivated Food Manufacturing Crew Leader to oversee daily production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with food safety standards while supporting team development and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and company policies.
- Train and coach employees on procedures and performance expectations.
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with management.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and conduct repetitive work for extended periods in a refrigerator environment and lift up to 60 pounds.
